Copyright & Usage

All content appearing on this site is the exclusive property of Yunomi Sarl and is protected under international copyright laws. You are welcome to use content and photos from our website on your blog or site, as long as you properly credit Yunomi and link back to our homepage or the product page. Photos may not be used for any other purpose and may not be altered. All content on this website is copyrighted. The use of any material as the basis for another creative concept is a violation of copyright.

Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Payment

Your credit card transaction is processed through a secure Payment Service Provider and your card data is not retained. When you purchase products offered through our websites, we collect your credit card and other payment information. We use this information solely to process your orders, to better assist you when you visit or contact us in the future, as well as to improve our product offerings.

Shipping

We ship orders once a week (usually on Tuesdays) from our headquarters based in Luxembourg. Deliveries within the EU usually take around 2-5, for the rest of the world 7-12 working days. Shipping worldwide is free.

Returns

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to refund delivered print items. However, if you never received your print items or received them in bad condition, please contact our customer service at support@yunomimag.com and we will resolve the issue.

We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our site, register on the site, fill out a form, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, email or call us, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our website. Beyond the necessary timeframe, the date will be securely deleted, or in some cases, anonymised.
